[1]The claim for unlawful deduction of wages, insofar as relating to nonpayment of a commission, upon withdrawal by the claimant is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s application for leave to amend his claim to include claims for unfair dismissal, detriment arising from making a public interest disclosure and disability discrimination is refused.[3]The respondent’s application to strike-out the claimant’s claims for unlawful deduction of wages (non-payment of a management bonus) and holiday pay is refused.
