JUDGMENT
The parties having agreed terms of settlement embodied in an agreement through ACAS complying with section 203 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, the claims are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.REASONS
On 25 March we pre-read all the witness statements. From 26 March to the morning of 2 April we heard the claimant and his witnesses Neil Thomas Hart, Jacqueline Ann Kell and Steven Philip Mason. For the respondents we heard Councillor Peter Alan Jackson and Ms Daljit Lally. Counsel informed us after the lunch adjournment a settlement had been reached. By 5 pm they had not been able to obtain a confirmed CoT3 from ACAS , so we stayed the case until the next day and agreed the above judgment would be issued by consent on receipt of written confirmation from ACAS which arrived at 18.39 on 2 April .
