JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent having failed—(1) to file any witness statement in breach of paragraph 5, and(2) to provide any bundle in breach of paragraph 4 —of the Order of Employment Judge Martin date 12 January 2021 and having failed to attend the final hearing (enquiries having been made without success), the Response and Counterclaim are struck out pursuant to rules 2, 6, 37 and 47.[2]The Claimant having failed– Case Number: 2501539/2020 2502251/2020(1) to file further and better particulars of his claim for unfair dismissal in breach of paragraph 2, and(2) to file any witness statement in breach of paragraph 5 —of the Order of Employment Judge Martin date 12 January 2021 and having indicated that he wishes to confine his claim to the claim for unpaid wages, the claims for unfair dismissal, unpaid holiday pay and unauthorised deductions from wages are struck out pursuant to rules 2, 6 and 37.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages is upheld in the sum of £1,014.13 and there be judgment in that sum. ......................................................
