[1]The claim for unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £442.50.[2]The claim in respect of outstanding holiday pay succeeds and the first respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £255.82[3]The above awards are in respect of gross pay and the claimant is responsible for repayment of any tax and national insurance on those sums[4]The respondent failed to provide pay statements during the claimant period of employment.
