JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of wrongful dismissal in respect of notice pay is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £299.19 as damages for breach of contract in respect of one weeks’ notice pay.[2]The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded and the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £351.72 in respect of unpaid wages and unpaid holiday pay. This is a gross amount and the claimant shall be responsible for any income tax and employee national insurance contributions relating to such sum.[3]The total amount due from the respondent to the claimant is £650.91 and is payable forthwith
