[1]The complaints of all three claimants against the Management Committee of Grovehill Playgroup for statutory redundancy payments under section 163 Employment Rights Act 1996 and for wrongful dismissal (notice pay) are well founded and succeed.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimants a statutory redundancy payment and damages for wrongful dismissal as follows: Mrs D James (case number: 2501520/2023)2.1 A statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £2,451 two thousand four hundred and fifty one pounds): 2.1.1 (£204.25 x 1.5 x 8 complete years)2.2 Damages for wrongful dismissal of £408.50 Making a total amount payable to the Claimant of £2,859.50 Mrs C Wright (case number: 2501521/2023)2.3 A statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £3,776.25 three thousand seven hundred and seventy six pounds and twenty five pence). 2.3.1 (£251.25 x 1.5 x 10 complete years)2.4 Damages of: £497.02 Making a total amount payable to the Claimant of £4,273.27 Mrs E Robinson (case number: 2501522/2023)2.5 A statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £12,547.37 (twelve thousand five hundred and forty seven pounds and thirty seven pence). 2.5.1 (£457.25 x 1.5 x 15 years = £10,288.13 + £457.25 x 1 x 5 years = £2,286.25)2.6 Damages of: £4,254.25 Making a total amount payable to the Claimant of £16,801.62
