JUDGMENT

[1]The claims against the second, third, fourth and fifth respondent are dismissed.[2]The correct respondent is the first respondent. Case Number: 2501520/2017 2[3]The claim for unauthorised deduction from wages is dismissed, the first respondent having paid the outstanding wages.[4]The first respondent failed to provide a pay statement for the final month of employment. I make no monetary award this regard.[5]The claim in respect of outstanding holiday pay succeeds and the first respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £.157.50[6]The first respondent did not provide the claimant with a statement of employment particulars pursuant to section 1 of the Employment Rights At 1996 and the first respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £288.75 which is equal to 2 weeks’ pay pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.
