JUDGMENT
By consent the Tribunal orders that: a) the hearing is adjourned and proceedings are stayed until 4 June 2021; b) unless either of the parties applies, before that date, to lift the stay and reinstate the hearing, the proceedings will be treated as dismissed on that date without further order. Note: This has been a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being heard remotely. The form of remote hearing was V - video. It was unnecessary to hold a face to face hearing as all matters could be dealt with appropriately by video. Nor was it practicable to hold a face to face hearing because of the Covid19 pandemic.
