JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant`s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages (failure to pay accrued holiday pay) is well founded and succeeds. The respondents are jointly and severally ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £720.00 in respect of accrued holiday pay. This is a net amount and the respondents shall be responsible for the payment of any income tax and national insurance contributions thereon.[2]The Tribunal having found that the respondents failed to provide the claimant with a full and accurate written statement of employment particulars, pursuant to Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002, the respondents are jointly and severally ordered to pay to the claimant compensation of a further two weeks pay in the sum of £360.00.
