[1]The judgment of the Tribunal is that: 1. The claims of Mr D Telford (2501433/2017) for breach of contract, failure to pay holiday pay, failure to pay a statutory redundancy payment and unauthorised deductions from wages and Mr D Moss (2501561/2017) for breach of contract against the first and second respondents are dismissed upon withdrawal. Their claims for a protective award against both respondents remain. JUDGMENT[2]The judgment of the Tribunal is that: 1. The claimant's claims of failure to consult on a collective redundancy, breach of contract, failure to pay holiday pay, failure to pay a statutory redundancy payment and unauthorised deductions from wages are dismissed upon withdrawal against the third respondent, Grant Thornton LLP.
