JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of under section 189 Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well founded and succeeds.[2]The Tribunal makes a protective award in respect of those employees who were based at Rowlandson House, 1-2 Rowlandson Terrace, Sunderland and who were dismissed as redundant by the Respondent on or about 18 January 2019.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay remuneration to the Claimant for the protected period. The protected period begins on 18 January 2019 and is for a period of 90 days.
