JUDGMENT
On a reconsideration application pursuant to Rule 70[1]The Judgments in these proceedings sent to the parties on 13 February 2017 and 3 March 2017 are revoked and the first respondent, Andy Rickard, is dismissed from the proceedings.[2]The Judgments stand in respect of Albion Partnerships Limited subject to the necessary variation below: Judgment on liability in a complaint of a failure to pay holiday pay on the termination of employment (Regulation 14) having been sent to the parties on 13 February 2017, and revoked in respect of Andy Rickard only on 10 October 2017, the respondent (Albion Partnerships Limited) shall pay to the claimant the following sum: Holiday pay pursuant to Regulation 14 £2653.70 This sum is ordered on a gross basis and it is for the claimant to account to HMRC to the extent any tax or employee national insurance may be due.
