JUDGMENT

[1]The correct name of respondent is Howard Snaith Limited.[2]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal.[3]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction from wages is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,153.95 gross.[4]The claimant’s complaint of breach of the working time regulations (holiday pay) is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £330 gross.[5]The claimant’s complaint of a failure to provide pay slips is well founded. No compensation is awarded.[6]The claimant’s complaint of a failure to provide a statement of terms of employment is also well founded. The claimant is awarded compensation of 4 weeks’ wages in the total sum of £2400, which the respondent is ordered to also pay to the claimant.
