JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £217.43 (£824.63 (£818.18 owed in wages plus £6.45 in owed expenses) less the sum of £607.20 which has now been paid by the respondent to the claimant in satisfaction of this claim.[2]The respondent failed to pay the claimant in lieu of entitlement to annual leave. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £230.75. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £448.18 gross, comprising £217.43 in unpaid wages and £230.75 in unpaid holiday pay, outstanding on the termination of employment.[2]The judgment dated 22 January 2018, made in relation to Mr. T Hill is confirmed in relation to the unpaid holiday pay awarded of £184.60. It is varied in relation to the award of unpaid wages in that the sum the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant is £818.18, making the total sum payable to the claimant of £1,002.78 gross.[3]Given that these sums have been outstanding since termination in August 2017, Mr. Gluck has assured the tribunal and the claimant’s that payment will be made today.
