JUDGMENT
(1) The first claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction from wages is well founded. The respondent is ordered to pay the first claimant the sum of £270.40.(2) The first claimant’s complaint of breach of the Working Time Regulations (holiday pay) is also well founded. The respondent is ordered to pay the first claimant the sum of £343.20.(3) The second claimant’s complaints of unlawful deduction from wages and breach of the Working Time Regulations (holiday pay) are dismissed upon withdrawal. .REASONS

The second claimant decided to withdraw her complaints in these proceedings as she had issued another claim in this Tribunal, claiming for unfair dismissal, redundancy pay, notice pay, unlawful deduction from wages and holiday pay under claim no. Case Number: 2501318/2023 & 2501319/2023 2501321/23.
