JUDGMENT
After hearing the parties, it is the unanimous judgment of the Tribunal that[1]the claimant was not unfairly dismissed by the respondent and his complaint that he was unfairly dismissed is dismissed[2]the claimant’s complaint that he suffered discrimination as described in Section 15 of the Equality Act, 2010, on the ground of the protected characteristic of disability is not well founded and is dismissed[3]by agreement with the parties, the deposit of £2.00 paid by the claimant pursuant to the deposit order dated 3 May, 2017 shall be refunded to the claimant
