JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was issued in the Newcastle Employment Tribunals on the 25th May 2023. The Respondent has failed to present a valid response on time or at all. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, without a hearing and in accordance with Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]In respect of Claimant 1, Millie Teasdale’s claim for unauthorised deductions from pay, the complaint is well founded. The respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s pay in relation to basic pay between September 2022 and January 2023.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £469.06 (gross amount) within 14 days.
