JUDGMENT

The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal was not presented to the Employment Tribunal within the period set out in section 111 of The Employment Rights Act 1996 as extended by the early conciliation provisions in section 207A. I am not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the complaint to have been presented within that time limit. The complaint is out of time. The Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear that complaint. The complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed.
