JUDGMENT

[1]The name of the Respondent is amended from IDS Fire & Security to Intruder Detection & Surveillance Limited.[2]The Claimant’s claims for breach of contract relating to holiday pay and payment of a car allowance were issued outside the statutory time limit for such claims and it was reasonably practicable for the claims to have been issued in time. They are therefore dismissed for the reasons given at the hearing.[3]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract relating to payment for loss of a telephone is dismissed upon withdrawal.[4]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deductions from wages is not well founded and is dismissed. Case No. 2501214/2020 (V) Note: This has been a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being heard remotely. The form of remote hearing was V - video. It was not practicable to hold a face to face hearing because of the Covid19 pandemic and all issues could be determined in a remote hearing.
