The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 10 November 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because: the manner in which the proceedings had been conducted by the claimant was scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious; the claimant did not comply with the Orders of the Tribunal to provide information and documents in support of his claim by 24 October 2022; the claimant did not attend the hearing of his claim listed for 3 November 2022; the claims were not being actively pursued; the lack of information from the claimant about the detail of the claims meant it was no longer possible to have a fair hearing of the issues.[2]The claimant sent an email to the Tribunal (but not the respondent) on 7 November 2022 in which he did not make any sufficient representations 6.2 Strike out Judgment – claim - rule 37 Case no: 2501192/2022 why this claim should not be struck out, nor request a hearing. The email further failed to provide any information or clarification about his claim.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
