JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal and unauthorised deduction from wages were not presented to the Employment Tribunal within the period of three months commencing with the effective date of termination of the claimant’s employment. The claims are out of time. The Tribunal is not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the claims to have been presented within the three month time limit. The Tribunal therefore does not have jurisdiction to hear those claims. All of the claims are struck out. EMPLOYMENT JUDGE Johnson
