JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the sum of £814.85 to the claimant pursuant to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. This is a net figure and the respondent is responsible for payment of tax and national insurance.[2]The respondent is also ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £169.97 in respect of financial loss sustained by the claimant attributable to the unlawful deductions from his wages.[3]The total amount ordered to be paid by the respondent to the claimant is £984.82. Case Number: 2501169/2017[4]The claimant was employed by S Huby and Sons Ltd Trading as Pioneer Transport and, in the circumstances, the name of the respondent is amended and the claim against Pioneer Transport named as the first respondent is dismissed.
