[1]The claim of unauthorised deduction of wages in contravention of section 13 Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded and succeeds. 1.1 The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £6,490.98.[2]The claim of failure to pay holiday pay on termination of employment in contravention of regulation 14 Working Time Regulations 1998 is well-founded and succeeds. 2.1 The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £641.03[3]The proceedings under case number 2501103/2025, being a duplicate claim, is dismissed on withdrawal.[4]The total amount to be paid to the Claimant is £7,132.
