JUDGMENT
[1]By consent the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1895.00 in respect of unpaid holiday pay. This is a gross amount and the claimant shall pay to the appropriate authorities on receipt by him any income tax and employee national insurance contributions due in respect of such sum.[2]The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[3]The claim for a declaration of unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of night out allowances is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[4]The claim of wrongful dismissal is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £460.00 damages for breach of contract in respect of unpaid notice pay.[5]The counterclaim advanced by the respondent is dismissed.
