JUDGMENT
After hearing the parties, it is the Judgment of the Tribunal that[1]The claimant’s complaints that he did not receive notice or pay in lieu of notice, that he suffered unauthorised deductions from his wages, that he did not receive all of the holiday pay to which he was entitled on the termination of his employment and that he did not receive reimbursement for expenses that he incurred on behalf of the respondent are well founded[2]None of the claims contained in the respondent’s counterclaim are well founded and the counterclaim is dismissed in its entirety AND the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant 1 in respect of the claimant’s complaint that he did not receive notice or a payment in lieu of notice the sum of £240.00 (two hundred and forty pounds) 2 in respect of the claimant’s complaint that he suffered unauthorised deductions from his wages the sum of three hundred and sixty pounds (£360.00), and 3 in respect of the claimant’s complaint that he did not receive all of the holiday pay to which he was entitled on the termination of his employment the sum of one hundred and eighty pounds (£180.00) Case Numbers: 2501061/2019 & 2502084/2019[4]in respect of the claimant’s complaint in respect of expenses the sum of ten pounds (£10.00) AND in respect of these amounts the claimant shall account to Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs for any income tax and/or National Insurance Contributions that may be due
