The proceedings are dismissed following a withdrawal of the claim by the claimant. JUDGMENT ON RECONSIDERATION Pursuant to Rules 71 & 72 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1 and on the application of the claimant, there being no objections raised by the respondent, the Judgment dated 9 March 2020 is reconsidered and varied in that the claims are not dismissed, although they are withdrawn, as the claimant shall be bringing a claim for personal injury in the Civil Courts.
