JUDGMENT
The parties having agreed terms of settlement, by consent the Tribunal orders that: a) proceedings be stayed until 14 October 2020; and ; b) unless either of the parties applies to lift the stay before that date the proceedings will be treated as dismissed on that date without further order. Note: This has been a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being heard remotely. The form of remote hearing was V - video. It was not practicable to hold a face to face hearing because of the Covid19 pandemic.
