JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction from wages is well founded and succeeds. The claimant’s complaint relates to his last 4 week’s pay, and to deductions made from his wages for the period January and February in the sum of £416.60, the latter being part of a continuing unlawful deduction from wages. The respondent is accordingly ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £2,661.21[2]The claimant’s complaint of breach of contract (failure to pay notice pay) is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation for breach of contract at the rate of 1 week’s gross pay in the sum of £561.15. EMPLOYMENT JUDGE MARTIN
