[1]The claim for a redundancy payment from the first respondent is well founded.[2]The claimant is entitled to receive from the first respondent a redundancy payment of £3847.50 (13.5 x £285).[3]The first respondent is ordered to pay the said sum of £3847.50 to the claimant forthwith.[4]The claim for a redundancy payment from the second respondent is not well founded and it is dismissed.
