JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the gross sum of £190 in respect of unpaid wages.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the gross sum of £115.90 in respect of accrued unused holiday pay upon termination of employment.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the net sum of £556 in respect of the respondent’s failure to provide the claimant with a statement of initial employment particulars as required by section 1 Employment Rights Act 1996.[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant the total sum of £861.90
