REASONS

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £50 per allegation following a preliminary hearing held on 28-29 August 2025. The Order was sent to the claimant on 16 October 2-25. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit by the date specified in the deposit order. The complaints contained in the deposit order are therefore struck out under rule 40(4) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.[2]The monies paid by the claimant in attempted compliance with the deposit order shall be returned to her.[3]For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this judgment affects the claimant’s ability to pursue her complaint that on 3 August 2023, she was subject to less favourable treatment because of her race. Directions will be sent to the parties under separate cover. Approved by
