Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim for breach of contract (notice pay) advanced by the claimant is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £514.00p (net pay for one week) as damages for breach of contract.[2]The claim for unpaid holiday pay is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £4444.80p. This is a gross amount and the claimant is ordered to pay to the appropriate authorities any income tax and employee national insurance contributions due in respect of such sum on receipt by him.[3]The total sum due to the claimant from the respondent of £4958.80p is payable forthwith.[4]The claimant does not seek a remedy for any other claim.
