JUDGMENT
[1]Pursuant to rule 21:1.1 The claimant’s complaint pursuant to s.189 that the respondent failed adequately to comply with a requirement of s.188 of the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 succeeds;1.2 The claim for a protective award succeeds;1.3 The respondent is ordered to pay remuneration for a protected period of 90 days beginning on 30 June 2022 (being the date on which dismissal took effect) to the claimant.1.4The Employment Protection (Recoupment of Benefits) Regulations 1996 apply to this award.[2]All other claims, than that above, are struck out as not actively pursued. Neither the consent of the Administrator nor the permission of the court has been obtained for these proceedings to be instituted or continued as required by the Insolvency Act 1986.
