JUDGMENT
[1]The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that the Respondents must pay to the Claimant £5813.15 made up as follows: 1.1. compensation for injured feelings of £5,000; 1.2. interest on the above sum of £813.15, awarded under regulation 2 of the Employment Tribunals (Interest on Awards in Discrimination Cases) Regulations 1996 calculated from 22 December 2020 to 3 January 2023 (total 742 days) at 8% per annum.[2]The First and Second Respondents are jointly and severally liable for this amount.
