JUDGMENT[1]The claimant is awarded compensation for unfair dismissal in the total sum of £10,901.76 calculated as follows:- Basic award 25.5 weeks@ £427.52 (gross weekly pay) £10,901.76[2]The claimant is also awarded the sum of £4,368 for breach of contract (notice pay) calculated as follows:- 12 weeks’ notice pay at the rate of £355 (net pay) plus £8.96 employers pension contributions making a total of 4368.60
