JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for state guaranteed payment out of the National Insurance Fund in respect of holiday pay is well founded and succeeds.[2]The Secretary of State for Business shall pay the Claimant the sum of £414.26. (This is calculated as the judgment sum of £1,974.59 made against the Claimant’s former employer under case number 2500041/2024 less the sum of £1,560.33 which the Respondent has subsequently paid to the Claimant).
