The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows: Redundancy Payment[1]Under section 163 Employment Rights Act 1996 it is determined that the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3,657.42.[2]The respondent shall pay that amount to the claimant as a redundancy payment. Holiday pay[3]The complaint that the respondent made an unlawful deduction from wages by failing to make a payment for accrued untaken holiday on termination of employment is well founded.[4]The respondent shall pay to the claimant £343.86 being the amount due.
