[1]Pursuant to rule 21:1.1 The claimant’s complaint pursuant to s.189 that the respondent failed adequately to comply with a requirement of s.188 of the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 succeeds;1.2 The claim for a protective award succeeds;1.3 The respondent is ordered to pay remuneration for a protected period of 90 days beginning on 13 July 2022 (being the date on which dismissal took effect) to the claimant.[2]The Employment Protection (Recoupment of Benefits) Regulations 1996 apply to this award.
