[1]The respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £1858.92, in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted. Note: This has been a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being heard remotely. The form of remote hearing was V - video.
