JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the respondent is amended to Factory 51 Media Limited.[2]The claim in respect of unlawful deduction from wages is well founded and there is a declaration to that effect. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant unpaid wages for April 2017 in the sum of £730.76p and for the period 1-16 (inclusive) June 2017 in the sum of £876.84p. The total sum payable in respect of unpaid wages is £1607.60p. This is a gross amount and the claimant is to account to the appropriate authorities for any income tax and employee national insurance contributions in respect of such sum on receipt.[3]The claim for damages for breach of contract is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £365.38p in respect of unpaid notice pay and £192.00p in Case Number: 2500925/2017 respect of out of pocket expenses. The total sum awarded for damages for breach of contract is £557.38p.[4]Accordingly the total sum payable by the respondent to the claimant is £ 2164.98 and that sum is payable forthwith.[5]The claim for a redundancy payment is not well founded and is dismissed – the claimant lacking the required length of service to advance such a claim as set out in section 155 of the Employment rights Act 1996.
