JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded. The third respondent 4TheWkend Ltd made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages for the period between 27 January 2023 and 15 February 2023 in the sum of £240.[2]The third respondent 4TheWkend Ltd shall pay the claimant £240, which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or national insurance.
