JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of victimisation under section 27 Equality Act 2010 is DISMISSED upon withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The claims for unpaid notice pay and for accrued and unpaid holiday pay are withdrawn by the Claimant because all the outstanding amounts were paid on 31 March 2023. These claims are therefore DISMISSED.[3]The remaining claims of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination were presented to the Tribunal outside the relevant statutory time limits and I do not agree to extend time. These claims are therefore also struck out because a Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear them.[4]I am satisfied by reference to section 111 Employment Rights Act 1996 that it was reasonably practicable for the Claimant to present his claim of unfair dismissal to the Employment Tribunal within the time limit and no extension of time is granted. Case Number: 250915/2023[5]Under section 123 Equality Act 2010 it is necessary for the Claimant to present his discrimination complaint within the time period set out in the 2010 Act or within such other period as I consider to be just and equitable. In all the circumstances of this case I do not agree to extend time.[6]All the claims in these proceedings are therefore DISMISSED.
