JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) the respondent made an unlawful deduction from wages and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND FORTY-EIGHT POUNDS AND SEVENTY-FIVE PENCE £7,848.75 (805 hours x £9.75), subject to deduction of any tax and national insurance required to be made.(2) The claim under section 24(2) Employment Rights Act 1996 for compensation for financial loss attributable to the matter complained of is not well founded and is dismissed.
