[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed, having been withdrawn by the claimant.[2]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent made deductions from her wages in contravention of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 between December 2018 and February 2019 is well founded.[3]The respondent must pay to the claimant £580.46, which is the total amount deducted from the claimant’s wages in contravention of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
