JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint of failure to pay holiday pay under the Working Time Regulations 1998, Reg 30(1)(b) is well founded in respect of accrued, untaken holidays between the 14th August 2023 and the 22nd December 2023.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant’s holiday pay in the sum of £775.72 (being 76.2 accrued hours x £10.18 hourly pay = £775.72 (gross amount)).[3]The Respondent failed to follow the ACAS Code of Practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures. The Claimant’s award shall therefore be subject to an increase of 25% being an increase of £194.00.[4]The Respondent shall therefore pay the Claimant the total sum of £969.72 within 14 days of the date of this judgment. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February Case No:2500862/2024
