JUDGMENT
BY CONSENT Upon the stay on the Tribunal proceedings being lifted by consent from the Liquidators of the Respondent (being Martyn James Pullin and David Antony Willis of FRP Advisory LLP, 1st Floor, 34 Falcon Court, Preston Farm Business Park, Stockton On Tees, TS18 3TX) and by consent of the parties, the Tribunal makes the following judgment:[1]The claimant’s claims for unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal are upheld;[2]The Tribunal awards the Claimant the following sums:a. Basic award for unfair dismissal in the sum of £2,934;b. £1,956 in respect of 4 weeks’ statutory notice pay.[3]The parties agree that the payments referred to in paragraph 2 above shall rank as an unsecured claim in the liquidation of the Respondent and not an expense in liquidation.
