[1]The name of the respondent is amended without re-service as above.[2]The following complaint is well-founded: The claimant was unfairly dismissed.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the following sums by way of compensation for unfair dismissal:3.1 Basic Award £7089.34 (17 X £417.02)3.2 Compensatory Award £3269.15 (7 weeks from 11 January to 26 February X £417.02 pay per week - £2919.25 plus £350 for loss of statutory rights).[4]The hearing listed on 29 August 2018 is cancelled. .
