JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The claim for underpayment of holiday pay for the week of annual leave ending 11 February 2022 and the week of annual leave ending 11 March 2022 is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £132.07 gross, from which income tax and national insurance fall to be deducted before payment.(2) The claim for failure to provide a written statement of terms and conditions of employment is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £200.24 (2 weeks’ pay).(3) The Tribunal finds and declares that the claimant has an entitlement is to 5.6 weeks of annual leave per year. She has no normal working hours. Her holiday year runs from 10 October 2021 being the start date of commencement of her employment. Case No:2500819/2022
