JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s application for reconsideration of the Tribunal’s Judgment sent to the parties on 20 January 2017 is refused.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £810.83 as damages for breach of contract.[3]As compensation for unfair dismissal the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the total sum of £10,749.92 comprising of a basic award of £2,138.40 and a compensatory award of £8,611.52.[4]Pursuant to Rule 76(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant costs in the sum of £1,200 in respect of the Tribunal fees paid by the Claimant (issue and hearing fee).
