JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages in the amount of £966.64. The respondent must pay to the claimant the outstanding wages of £966.64.[2]The respondent failed to pay mileage expenses totalling £421.50 which were due to the claimant under the claimant’s contract of employment. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the amount due of £421.50.[3]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent made a further unlawful deduction from wages and/or breached his contract of employment by failing to pay him a bonus of £1000 is not well founded. The claim is dismissed.[4]The respondent’s claim that the claimant breached his contract of employment is not well founded. The claim is dismissed.
